The 2016 Perth HIA Awards were held on 29th October and Novus Homes proved yet again that we are at the very top of our game when it comes to innovation in home design and quality in construction, taking out 3 awards on the night, including the much coveted ‘Project Home of the Year’ for our client home in Waterford.

We were also very proud to have been awarded ‘Best Project Home over $450,000’ with our sister company, Vision One Homes taking the gong for ‘Best Project Home $350,000 to $450,000’.

Barbara and Suraj are the proud owners of the stunning home in the UDIA award winning estate of Cygnia Cove, Waterford and couldn’t be happier with their home!

“We loved the Onyx display home which Novus had built in Woodlands. They had a feature staircase that you see when you first walk through the front door that was just amazing. It combined both form and function and was a real statement,” said Barbara.

“We wanted something that was a bit unique, we like to be different and wanted a home with a bit of ‘wow’ factor.”

The 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts a total area of 419m2 and includes a large open plan living area, kitchen with separate scullery, study and an upstairs living area with kitchenette.

“We know it offers great street appeal. During construction many people would stop to admire the home and commented to the supervisor and trades that it looked very impressive!” said Barbara.

With two young girls, this family home is sure to be the centre of many years of happy memories.
