Site Manager

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our passionate team. The position is full-time.

This role encompasses all elements of building, from co-ordination of sub-contractors using ClickHome, call forwarding and job programming software and management of client relationships to ensure the successful completion of projects. The Construction Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining a high quality of work and keeping projects built within time frames and within budget.

Key Criteria

- Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor working on two storey homes is essential

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Client focused with a flexible, can-do attitude

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Willingness to work to tight deadlines under pressure

- High level of time management and organisational skills

- Excellent knowledge of building codes and WA Residential construction

- High level of attention to detail

- Construction qualifications or trade will be highly regarded

- Ensuring clean sites are maintained and OH&S requirements are met at all times

Sales Consultant

We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our sales team.

The face of our business, our sales consultants, help our clients design their home, provide a comprehensive Letter of Quote, and ultimately ensure our clients feel confident and comfortable in building with Novus.

Flexible working arrangements are offered, however an essential criteria of the role is the ability to work weekends and other hours in line with clients availability.

Experience and a strong knowledge of the building industry will allow you to generate immediate sales.
