At Novus we believe in consistently honouring promises made to our clients and delivering a good quality home. To ensure this we strategically invest in our staff to continually improve their knowledge.
Our various teams are encouraged to periodically undertake site visits and engage in Q&A with construction supervisors to improve their design and construction understanding. We also invite our suppliers and consultants to run information sessions for our staff which help them stay ahead of the curve.
While building a home is ultimately done by many hands, the importance of technology cannot be underestimated. At Novus, we invest in contemporary technology tools to facilitate more efficient and high-quality output from all members of staff. We have invested in technology such as our custom-built Sales CRM, Online Design Library, ArchiCAD 23, BEAMS, Click Homes and Online Prestart Selections Tool.
As a new starter you'll never feel lost at Novus with our 'learn with a buddy' initiative where you'll be working alongside an experienced staffer who will be there to bounce ideas off and help should you need it.
In addition, you'll be encouraged to attend 1-1 session with your manager at least once a week during probation where you collectively work out a learning plan and agree on key milestones. It is a two-way partnership and we strongly encourage camaraderie over any form of bureaucracy.
