If you are lucky enough to own an 18 metre wide block you are now in the minority. As land prices have increased, the demand for smaller blocks has grown meaning land developers have had to create land estates across Perth that often cannot accommodate too many 18 metre wide lots.
However when you build a 18 metre wide home with Novus, there is no compromise. You will get the design and construction expertise that only comes with experience, and in our case we have some 25 years of it!
Our in-house design team have devoted hundreds of man hours to create a range of 18 metre wide house plans that not only look amazing, but are designed specifically for how Perth families want to live. All of our 18m house designs come with open plan living, spacious alfresco for that all-important indoor/outdoor lifestyle plus a dedicated study, theatre room or perhaps an activity room for the children.
