We suggest using the lot width filter first. We have single and two storey home designs to suit blocks of land from 9 - 17 metres wide. From our experience you will get the best result when you find a custom house plan you like that is relatively close to the width that will best suit your block. And remember, if needed we can alter our luxury house plans to make them slightly wider or narrower to fit your block of land.

Of course most would-be home builders in Perth are working to a budget, so use our price filter to help narrow down the recommended homes on this page to those that best fit your price parameters.

Other things to consider would be room configuration. Use the 'Type' drop down menu to find the type of custom home that best suits your needs. That may be that you prefer to have the master bedroom downstairs or up, a house plan to suit a block with rear views, or perhaps you have a cottage lot with rear lane access. It is just another tool to help narrow your search for your new home.
