The company has been in operation for several decades, with our roots dating back to the early 90s, when we were founded by Lino Antonelli.

And while Lino still maintains an active role in the business, it is now his son, Paul, who oversees the day to day operations in his role as Managing Director.
Paul has had a lifelong education in the building industry and has been a crucial part of the Novus team for nearly 15 years.
In fact, many members of the Novus team, including our valued tradespeople, have been with the company for more than a decade, which is a testament to the company's commitment to creating a positive and fulfilling work environment.
A number of staff are registered builders, or hold diplomas in building in their own right.
