Terms and conditions

The referred client must enter into a building contract with Novus Homes.

Referred clients must be new clients to Novus Homes i.e. we have not spoken to them about building previously.

The referee can refer multiple friends — there’s no limit.

The referee must advise Novus Homes of the person who referred them at the time of signing a Preliminary Works Contract. No referral details will be accepted after this point.

The referral payment will be paid to the referrer when the referred customer’s home has commenced construction (slab down stage). If their contract is to cancel, this offer becomes null and void.

The decision of Novus Homes management shall be final and not contested.

This program cannot be used in conjunction with the any other referral program.

Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for credit, or other merchandise.

Entry into this program is acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The referral promotion will end at the discretion of Novus Homes. The decision of Novus Homes shall be final and not contested.
