We are currently looking for a Scheduler to join our passionate team.

The position is full-time, our office hours are 8.30am – 5pm with parking onsite and the role is based in Balcatta.

Job Role/Description:

  • Provide timely/accurate quantity take-offs
  • Prepare supplier & sub-contractor orders
  • Complete construction variations
  • Liaise directly with site supervisor and client liaison
  • Communicate with internal departments throughout the business
  • Understanding multiple construction types and materials
  • Interpreting plans & specification with different levels of complexities
  • Working with external sources to complete job scheduling with a pre-determined timeframe

Selection Criteria:

  • 1 – 2 years of previous experience in a scheduling role working within the Perth Residential building industry   
  • A passion for residential construction
  • High organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient communication skills, especially when working with external sources
  • The ability to work effectively within a team as well as individually
  • A positive “can do” attitude with the enthusiasm & passion to want to learn and grow
  • Strives to be the best within the role, has their own self measures and works hard towards them
  • Takes personal responsibility to understand the needs on specific jobs
  • Highly motivated at problems solving and continually comes up with potential solutions instead of merely highlighting problems
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience using BEAMS is preferable
