In June 2022, Novus Homes were awarded the "Best Customer Service Award - Medium Builder" at the Master Builder Awards held in Perth.

This award is a testament to the high level of service that is continually provided to our clients throughout the entire building process, from the sales stage through to handover.

We are beyond proud for this recognition as we made a choice in 2020 to be completely transparent and upfront with clients about the challenges we would face following the "boom" created by the Government grants and ongoing supply issues caused by the pandemic.

Because judging for this award is based on the survey results from clients who signed up during this time and are now moving in to their new homes, it is wonderful to be recognised for taking this approach - which is really just a reflection of who we are as a business and the way we have always worked for the past 30 years.

The award is also a wonderful reflection of the ongoing positive feedback we receive from clients on a regular basis.
