As part of an initial assessment we will address important elements like local shire requirements and R-Codes. We'll even provide preliminary design guidance which helps you to understand the layout of your complete house area, site coverage, and your plot ratios.

Design & Costings

We provide a complete in-house design solution, with a design aimed at keeping the cost of construction to a minimum and all local council regulations adhered to. The final design is presented with a full breakdown of all associated costs.

Planning Approval

You will authorise us to proceed with your DA (Development Application) by entering into a PWC (Preliminary Works Contract). We then submit your plans to the council for approval. Whilst in council we will be finalising your design working drawings, addenda and other contract documents.

Contracts

We prepare the contract documentation for your signed approval. We then submit all necessary documents to the council to obtain the building permit. At the same time you can finalise the specification and colours for your project.

Construction

Once the building permit is received and all conditions are met the project is scheduled and booked ready for a site start. We include a full project management service and will provide regular updates and status reports during construction.
