Not everyone likes the idea of having stairs in their home, so the brief for this large block in City Beach was to design a luxury single storey home, with a high level of specification, that would still offer all of the accommodation and living space of a two storey home.
Top of the list was to create an elevation that was unique, architectural in style and something that would stand apart from the crowd. Mission accomplished.
