This project also includes 3 and 2 bed villas to create diversity in dwellings, which was done specifically to achieve maximum returns for our client.
Dealing with a difficult sloping site
The site presented plenty of construction challenges, with the project built on a block with a 6 metre fall towards the rear and with limestone rock below the surface.
