It was a huge night for Novus at the annual 2022 HIA Perth Housing Awards as we achieved a clean sweep of some of the biggest awards of the evening.
This included the highly acclaimed 'Golden Key' award for Perth's Best Display Home, as well as taking out 'Best Project Home of the Year' for our clients in Mosman Park.
Year after year we continue to be among the winners and finalists at both the HIA and MBA housing industry awards, and while our focus is always on winning the positive feedback of our clients, it is certainly an honour to be consistently taking out such major awards and beating out some major players in the luxury and custom home building industry in Perth.
Golden Key Award for Perth Display Home of the Year
Winner of the 2022 HIA Golden Key Award for Perth's Best Display Home, the Zenith is Luxury living, redefined.

Taking out the highly coveted 'Project Home of the Year' for 2022 at the HIA Perth Housing Awards, which is essentially the best home built for a client in Perth in 2022.
And it is no surprise to us that this home won! The choices of fixtures, finishings, cabinetry and furniture in this home is a great reflection on the client and our prestart team at Novus.
The nod to traditional Hamptons is certainly there, but there is a contemporary edge to it all that gives it such a unique vibe. Magnificent!
Best Project Home: Iluka
Not only did we win the Best Project home of the Year in 2022, we also had this stunning home in Iluka finish on the podium as a finalist too!
Having built 6 homes of all shapes, sizes and styles our clients in Iluka knew that this was going to be their ultimate Hampton's style home...and we certainly did not disappoint with the final result!
